Digital Product Policy​

All Studio & Stock products are delivered as digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed and files have been delivered, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All products are digital files delivered electronically.

• Digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

• Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to review product details.

Licensing Terms

All Studio & Stock video collections are licensed, not sold.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by a single business entity.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the videos on your business social media platforms

• Use the videos on your business website

• Include them in email marketing

• Use them in paid advertisements promoting your own services

• Crop, resize, or lightly edit for formatting purposes

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files

• Claim the content as original work you filmed

• Transfer the license to another business

• Upload the files to stock websites or resale platforms

• Provide the files to third parties for commercial redistribution

This license is intended for one business only. If you manage multiple brands or locations, a separate license must be purchased for each entity.

Studio & Stock retains full copyright ownership of all content.
